Filling and crimping unit for vials

The unit allows a safe and quick radiopharmaceuticals dispensing into vials minimizing operators' actions. It is suitable for any laminar flow hot cell with dose calibrator pit and tele-pliers.

The system automatically performs:

• measure of the activity sent by the synthesis module;
• dilution with saline;
• opened vial filling (no piercing of the septum) with control of the volume through high precision electronic balance;
• plugging and crimping of the filled vial.

PC and SW (compliant with GAMP4 and CFR21) are included into the supply together with LCD monitor, dose calibrator, printer for lead container labels and reports.
